Ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) studies have been carried out on thin films of MnCo_xSb system at room temperature (RT). Exchange coupling constant (A) and g-values have been evaluated from the observed spectra. They are found to decrease with increase of Co concentration. The strain anisotropy field changes its sign at a concentration of x= 0.18 indicating the spin reorientation occurring in the system. The anisotropy fields calculated from the FMR in powder recorded at X-band and Q-band frequencies also confirm the occurrence of spin reorientation.
