Study on the Level Structure of ^<110>Cd Populated by the Beta Decay of ^<110m>Ag

• The excited states of ^<110>Cd populated by the beta decay of ^<110m>Ag have been studied extensively. With a HpGe-NaI(Tl) Compton suppression spectrometer 64 γ-rays are observed and identified. Coincidence spectra and eight γ-γ directional correlation functions are obtained with a HpGe-HpGe coincidence circuit. IBA and BSDI calculations are presented to discuss the energy levels as well as the B(E2) ratios of the γ-transitions.
