Effects of the Httnd's rtnle cotrplirrg ita an orbita[ly degenerate Anderson nnodel are stttdied bya quantuna [N4onte Carlo naetlaod. FIOITI restults for static as well ;ts dynatnic strsceptibilities itis concluded tlaat the systetn retaaains a local Fermi liqtrid at le,.'tst in a weak to iraterutaediatecotrpling region as was concluded in previotrs stvrdies. It is also fovrnd that the Hund's rtrlecotrpling generates a strong attractive interaction betw'een condtuction electrons with parsrllelspins in the sanae orlcital states.
