Hyperfine strtrctures, isotope sltif'ts and Stark effects of' severc. near-infrared transitions in Stau Iare investigated by uneans of atormic-beatn laser' spectroscojcy witla fltmorescetuce detection. Eltransitions froun the ground-term "Fj-(, states of' the 4.f'6s' configtrration to '(Vg-(5 states of the4f'6s6p configtrration are rneasured, Tlae '(Vl,2,3 states are promising carndidates for tt?easturingthe parity no?'uconservirag effects in 8111. Hyperfine couastants A anxd B ['or odd-rnass isotopes of""Srn and "'Slll are newly detertaained for the six trpper states sttrdied. Isotope sltif'ts of thetransitiorus 2110 determiraed, and specific nuass shift arad field sl'xift are also obtaitaed by Kirag-plotanalysis. Stark splittings are resolved f'or three transitions srnd tensor poIarizabi[ities of tlaetrpper states are deterunir'xed.
