The noise of a "quiet" plasma has been studied in the frequency range between I Mc and 10 Mc. The observed noise consisted of the thermal noise and the current noise. The thermal noise was constant through the frequency region. The electron temperature determined from the noise agreed with the temperature measured by the method of double probes. The current noise had the frequency dependency expressed by the law of 1/f. These results show that the noise of plasma is similar to the noise of semiconductor.
