Thermal conductivity measurements at 298°K have been made on a series of antimony-arsenic alloys with arsenic concentration up to 60 atomic percent. In a central range of the composition the lattice thermal conductivity was found to increase anomalously. The results are discussed on the basis of Klemens-Drabble theory. It is suggested that the increase in lattice thermal conductivity, is attributable to a possible existence of the ordered alloy SbAs in Sb-As system.
