A. Toffleff's "The Third Wave" means the opening of a new era of information culture. On the other hand, in this paper, "The Fourth Wave" overlapped with the preceding the third wave is predicted. In this coming Fourth Wave, we ourselves should change into a new creative information source, in other words, a new human race. In order to achieve this objective. the author shows the importance of putting practical uses of orthomolecular psychiatry and vitamin B12 as the most powerful and leading methodology.
