This article focuses on aggressive action and altruistic action in the group situation. In the classroom, two steps operating them are as follows: 1) Shaping resouces: they are shaped up by the social system, the social environment, and the character of man. 2) Causing action in the group situation: the group situation consists of a certain space, active person, subjects, other people, and emotional network. The balance of the group situation rules member's action and gives rise to "situational proprieties", "situational identities", and "situational generalized goal". Then, according to the group situation, aggressive action and altruistic action separate in the classroom. If a person has a relative weakpoint in the group and it stimulates other people's curiosity and opposes the emotional network in the group, then he will be attacked by aggressive others.
