The Bethe-Salpeter equation for massive meson exchange in two-dimensional space time is solved in the ladder approximation for P_μ=0, the special case of binding energy equal to the total mass. The solution is displayed in an integral representation in which the weight function is a series over λ, the coupling constant. The convergence of this series is guaranteed for any λ, and the eigenfunction and eigenvalue of the equation are given numerically by the use of computer. The properties and physical meanings of this solution are also discussed.
