Oscillatory magnetoresistance in Hg_<1-x>Cd_xTe alloys has been studied for the χ values of 0~0.22. In the transverse effect, all the samples used show spin-splitting in the quantum oscillations, while in the longitudinal effect, the oscillation peaks corresponding to the up-spin Landau levels are missing. In order to explain the experimental results, we develop a theory of the Shubnikov-de Haas effect taking the spin-effect into consideration.
