Quantum field theory free from ultraviolet divergence (UV-∞) is developed here and subsequent papers. For this purpose we introduce a closed 3-dimensional Riemannian momentum space in the rest system of cosmic background radiation and formulate QFT there in tensorial form. To make a transformation to another reference system, we follow general relativity. Thus, our new QFT is general relativistic, violationg Lorentz invariance, or equivalently, special relativity. The finite volume of our momentum space makes all momentum integrals finite, i.e., our QFT is free from UV-∞. The zero-point vibration of quantized fields gives a contribution to the energy of our expanding universe, which is now finite in our QFT, but is (∞)^4-(∞)^4 in the conventional Lorentz invariant QFT. Extremely stringent conditions must be satisfied in order to keep the theoretical energy density (due to the zero-point motion of elementary boson and fermion fields in our universe) from exceeding the "critical" density, ρ_<crit>≈(3meV)^4. Hence softly broken SUSY is absolutely required here, and there is no room for dark matter and/or dark energy.
