Dynamical system approach is developed for mathematical economics. The method is applied to search for principal components of emigration in Part 1 and to test convergence of international wages in Part 2. Databases used are from "A model of Internal and Overseas Migration by Natives of English and Welsh Counties, 1881-1900" by Morgan for Part 1 and from "The Evolution of Global Labor Markets since 1830" by Williamson for Part 2. The method of analysis is described more in detail rather than the result of analysis. A differential equation governing the dynamics of any key quantity is obtained with the uncertainty estimated quantitatively by use of the extended principal component analysis.
