We investigate disk winds driven by the influence of the strong radiation field of the accretion disk, where wind particles are initially corotating with the standard disk and then ejected from the disk surface. We calculate the spreading form of such a radiatively driven accretion-disk wind by following the snapshot position of gas particles ejected from the inner region of the disk. When the disk is less luminous, centrifugal force dominates and the accretion disk wind gradually moves towards the circumference from the center. When the disk is sufficiently luminous, the effect of upward radiation fields becomes so strong that the wind extends to the polar direction of the disk, and later, the form of the wind changes and comes to resemble a round barrel. We also calculate the line spectrum of such a wind assuming that the disk is optically thin. The profile line spectra is generally double-peak, although it depends on the disk luminosity, the time, and the inclination angle.
