A wave function of a charged particle orbiting around a flux tube is single-valued, and this does not contradict the Aharonov-Bohm interference. In connection with this, a (canonical) orbital angular momentum of the particle is integer ×&plank;. The scattering cross section by the flux tube of finite radius is calculated.
