The electromagnetic structure of the nucleon is investigated based on the composite model for the pion. The mean square radius of charge distribution of the nucleon is calculated by the second order perturbation and the same coupling constants are used with those in the calculation of the pion-nucleon interaction and the anomalous magnetic moment of the nucleon on this model. The results are qualitatively in agreement with experiment and it is possible to explain all these phenomena consistently from the standpoint of the composite model.
