result of numerical analysis on fireball model suggests that, if the Lorentz factor of the fastest fireball is a linear function of √<S> while the Lorentz factor of the second fireball is a factor of 5~7 smaller ; and the partial cross section of the fastest fireball production is independent of √<S>, then the fireball model is consistent with Feynmann scaling. It is pointed out that the transverse motion of fireballs may be responsible for the large invariant cross section at large p_⊥. Application of such a modifies fireball model is made to calculate the cosmic γ ray spectrum for E_γ>100GeV from p-p collision, and a flux which is a factor of 10 larger than the one obtained by Stecker is obtained. The reason for such a difference is given. Incidentally, we have made a rough check on the asymptotic behavior of the total inelastic p-p cross section, and a preliminary result is presented.
