Differential cross section for ab→cd is obtained from the whole-region formula for ab→cX by taking the exclusive limit X⇒d. The resultant formula exhibits a Regge-like behaviour at small |t| or |u|, and s^<-n> fall-off at high energy fixed angles. At large s, |t| and |u|, dσ/dt is written as a product of inverse powers of s, t and u, where the power is determined by the number of valence urbaryon bonds n_<ij> connecting a, b, c and d, as follows:[numerical formula], where n_i = 2 and 3 for mesons and baryons, respectively, and [numerical formula] The formula explains gross features of the all-angle data of K^±p, pp, p^^-p and other processes.
