We study the possibility whether the technicolor model can satisfy the constraints of the oblique corrections and non-oblique correction at once. To avoid the difficulty for the explanation of the present data of the oblique corrections, the model without exact custodial symmetry was proposed by Appelquist and Terning. We construct the effective lagrangian for the technicolor model and calculate the oblique correction by using the effective lagrangian approach. For the non-oblique correction, the effects of diagonal extended technicolor interaction was studied by Wu. We study the effect of the diagonal extended technicolor (ETC) interaction on the oblique parameters. It is shown that the T parameter is unacceptably large when the Zbb vertex correction is consistent with the experiments in the ETC model.
