A list of problems in QCD, which are directly relevant to nuclear physics and are related to those discussed at the Nishinomiya Yukawa Symposium (NYS) and those to be discussed at this workshop, will be given. No attempt will be made here to solve them. Some of the solutions are expected to be given during this workshop.
