An SU(2)_L×U(1) gauge model with seven quarks and seven leptons is proposed. In the model, the neutral current conserves strangeness naturally. The model has some flavoer-changing neutral currents in the charge +2/3 quark sector and a lepton-number-changing neutral current in the charge- neutral lepton sector. The former, especially (t^^-u)_L, plays an important role in explanation of ν_μN→e^+X and ν_μ(ν^^-_μ)N →μμX, and the latter (M^^-^0ν_μ)_L in explanation of ν_μN→3μX. it is shown that the two-component structure in the trimuon-invariant-mass-destribution is better explained by the two types of cascade decays of the neutral heavy lepton M^0. It is noted that our model has a single Higgs scalar doublet similar to the one in the original Weinberg-Salam model.
