The low energy neutron-deuteron scattering at the incident neutron energy 14.1 MeV is investigated by solving two dimensional Faddeev integral equation. Then, a new method is introduced for the integration of a singular function instead of a subtraction method. Two-body off-energy-shell t matrices for the two-body states ^1S_0, ^3S_1, ^1P_1, ^3P_<o,1,2>, ^1D_2, ^3D_<l,2> and ^3F_2 used here are obtained from the realistic local potentials, i.e., de Tourreil, Rouben and Sprung potential and Hamada and Johnston potential. The results of the differential cross section dσ/dΩ, the neutron polarization P(θ), the deuteron vector polarization iT_<11>(θ) and the deuteron tensor polarizations Q(θ) and R(θ) agree with the experimental data.
