We investigate the finite domain effects on a QCD system at finite temperature under the bag boundary condition. We calculate the thermodynamical potential for a quark gluon system in simple domains taking into account chemical potential. A generalized regularization method is introduced to treat chemical potential. We evaluate thermodynamical quantities near the region where the phase transition between hadron phase and quark gluon phase is expected. We can see that the latent heat is released by the compression of a QCD system.
