Higher dimensional Einstein-Yang-Mills theories are examined from the viewpoint of preon theory. Starting with a spinor representation of elementary gauge group O(2N+10) in 2N+4 dimensions, we can obtain chiral fermions on M_4×CP_N, which is a generalized version of Witten's CP_3 case. As an example, we propose SU_HC(9)×SU_HC(5)×U(2) model in CP_4 case.
