Our previous demonstration of the non-existence of the nontrivial vacuum structure in the Landau gauge Schwinger model is completed by constructing operator solutions in non-covariant gauge ∂_0A^0 +αB = 0 and in covariant gauge ∂_μA_μ+αB =0. It is pointed out finally that the consequences of our investigations are best illustrated in the Coulomb gauge.
