Nonrelativistic theory of factorized S-matrix is presented. With Z_4 symmetry, the exact S-matrix is obtained by solving the factorization equations and unitarity conditions. The theory includes Calogero system and δ-function Bose gas (nonlinear Schrodinger model) as special limits. To confirm our theory, the total S-matrix for nonlinear Schrodinger model is explicitly calculated through the quantum inverse scattering method.
