The proton-^4He elastic scattering in an energy region over 50 to 120 MeV is investigated by using the resonating group method with a complex effective N-N potential. This interaction contains the imaginary part, and then our calculation has essentially no adjustable parameter. Differential cross sections, polarizations and reaction cross sections are calculated.
