Semileptonic Decays of Atomlike Hadrons in the Heavy Quark Effective Theory : Particles and Fields

Semileptonic decays of heavy flavored hadrons are analyzed in the heavy quark effective theory (HQET) with leading 1/m_Q corrections. All existing data for B^^-→D^<(*)>lν^^- and D^^-→K<(*)>lν^^- are reproduced well in virtue of 1/m_Q corrections, while the value of ∣V_cb∣ derived by the HQET is almost independent of those corrections. In particular, 1/m_s corrections are remarkable for D^^-→K^<(*)>l_ν. Semiloptonic decays of Λ_c and Λ_b are also discussed including the 1/m_Q corrections.
