The S-wave ππ scattering phase shifts are parametrized to yield the Omnes functions which provide corrections that enhance (suppress) the ΔI=1/2 (ΔI=3/2) amplitude by a factor of 1.35 (0.88) as the K→π amplitudes are extrapolated to the K→ππ amplitudes by use of current-algebra-PCAC or chiral-Lagrangian techniques.
