The structure of yrast states in ^<20>Ne is investigated in the framework of (^<16>O-α)+(^<16>O^*(1p-1h)-α) cluster model. In the spin region from J=0 to J=8, the yrast states which have dominantly a (sd)^4 configuration with SU(3)(8,0) symmetry form the ground-band. In the spin region higher than the cutoff spin, however, the yrast states (10_1^+ and 12_1^+) have typical ^<16>O^*(3^-)-α structure and do not belong to the ground-band. The ^<16>O^*(3^-)-α states appear also in lower spin region and form a rotational-band. These states are stable against α-decay at least for J≦12. The 8_2^+ state which belongs to this band may be assigned to the one observed experimentally. Since these states have relatively large SU(3)(11,1) component, these ^<16>O^*(3^-)-α states can also be considered as members of a 1^+ band.
