A p-Wave Superconductor under Externally Applied Weak Fields. I : Motion of the Order-Parameters and the Current : Condensed Matter and Statistical Physics

We study motion of the order-parameters of an ideal p-wave superconductor under externally applied weak fields. We treat all the four p-wave unitary phases in a unified way and give a formally common solution to the deviations of the order-parameters. We take account of the collective degrees of freedom, thereupon obtain an obviously and termwise gauge invariant expression for the current. The Coulomb interaction is also included to a full extent. For a practical purpose and to locate the collective poles we give systematic expansions to the solution and the current for a small momentum transfer.
