The nonlinear response of magnetization in superfluid ^3He, driven by an external alternating field, is analyzed. Various modes of response, including periodic, quasiperiodic and chaotic modes, are found. In particular, chaotic modes are found in a wide range of the space of the frequency and amplitude of external field. The period doubling bifurcation cascade is found both in A and B phases as a representative route to chaos, and its detailed characteristics are shown to be well interpreted in terms of the theory due to Feigenbaum; the constants δ, α and μ are estimated. The periodic windows are produced by the tangent bifurcation, and the intermittent chaos is obtained as a precursor effect of this tangent bifurcation. A sudden change of the chaotic attractor is found, and interpreted in terms of the concept of "crisis", recently proposed by Grebogi et al. Finally the experimental implication of our results is discussed.
