A cluster expansion formalism is developed which can be applied to the mixtures of the quantum system at very low temperatures where the effect of the quantum statistical degeneracy is dominant. It is an extension of the formalism which has been previously proposed by one of the present authors for the single component system. The formalism is applied to the binary mixture of hard-sphere fermions and hard-sphere bosons, and the formulae for the chemical potentials are derived which are used for the discussion of liquid ^3He-^4He system.
