The theory of four-fermion interaction (φ^^-φ)^2 in two dimension may possess different phases depending on the sign of coupling constant; one is the phase with <φ^^-φ>_0≠0 and the other with <φ^^-φ>_0≠0 . The latter is a superconducting phase where pairs of fermion (not fermion-antifermion) condense in the vacuum. the theory is again asymptotically free. Changing the particle picture by the Pauli transformation, the theory becomes invariant under continuous chiral transformation and PCVC can be discussed in terms of PCAC.
