The internal conversion processes in the μ-mesonic He^3 atom following nuclear fusion reactions by μ-mesons at low temperature are analyzed, where the finite size effects of the He^3 nucleus play an important role, so that the μ-mesonic irregular solutions outside the nucleus are considered. The reaction rates calculated by us can give reasonable agreements with experimental results by Ashmore et al. and Alvarez et al.
