Effective-Range Theory Based on the N-S-B Equation

We formulate the effective-range theory based on the N-S-B equation; that is, we express the scattering length and the effective range by the zero energy solution of the N-S-B equation. We treat the nucleon-nucleon scattering in the ^<1>S_0 state.
