The K_s→2γ decay rate is evaluated on the basis of dispersion relations and unitarity in the approximation of retaining the two-pion intermediate states. The numerical result of the branching ratio Γ(K_s→2γ)/Γ(K_s→π^+π^- is given by 3.1×10_<-6>.
