Brief comments are given at extremely high energies on the fixed-pole Pomeron with two Arnold and Barnett's shielding branch-cuts, i. e. α^^-_c(t) of α^^-_c(4m_π^2)=1 and α^^-_c(t) of α^^-_c(4m_K^2)=1. Assuming that the pomeronia has already been attained at the CERN-ISR energy ranges, it is also argued in the case of proton-proton collision that asymptotic values of the total cross section and the slope parameter of the diffraction peak are 59.9 mb and 14.6 GeV^<-2>, respectively.
