The Veneziano model for πN→KΛ has been used to investigate the structure of Λ-particle. The imaginary parts of the form-factors (both electric and magnetic) are found to be dominated by a strong K^*(πK) resonance. The ratio of the form-factors near this resonance is in accord with other theoretical estimates.
