The angular distribution and total cross-section for pion-^<12>C scattering are analyzed in the energy region from 120 MeV to 1200 MeV. Phase shifts for pion-nucleon scattering are used in the Glauber type of analysis for high energy scattering. A nuclear form factor in a Gaussian form for ^<12>C, which gives an appropriate mean square of nuclear orbital radius <γ^2>, is shown to reproduce the experimental data very well.
