We show the modular invariant regularization of 1-loop string amplitudes in the S-matrix approach and the l-loop 2-point Green function in the closed bosonic string in d=26. Then we show that there is no mass-shift for massless antisymmetric tensor but that there are mass-shifts for graviton and dilaton, by using the l-loop (torus-topology) 2-point string amplitudes in S-matrix approach. The graviton mass-shift and the dilaton mass-shift are due to the existence of the cosmological constant C√<G>. These results agree with the result of Tseytlin who uses the factorization analysis or in the zero momentum limit.
