The (4,4^*)+(4^*,4) model of broken chiral SU(4)×SU(4) is investigated. Exact sum rules for scalar and pseudoscalar mesons are derived in this model, which contain new twelve independent equations for π^0-η-η'-η_c mixed channel. On some assumptions for these sum rules the mechanism of symmetry breaking is analyzed by using mass values of seven pseudo-scalar mesons. Our solution for symmetry breaking parameters shown very large breaking of SU(4) symmetry of vacuum and <lagran><S,B> (f_D/f_π<0, etc.). SU(4) symmetry of renormalization constants is also broken, for example, there exists no solution in the case Z_<p,i>=Z(i=1〜15). The problem of η-η'-η_c mixing is also discussed.
