Impurity scattering of soliton in the Total lattice is investigated numerically for single mass and force constant impurity case. For light mass and strong coupling impurity, localized model oscillation is excited by sufficiently steep soliton. Localization is very strong for the strong coupling impurity while it is much weaker for light mass impurity. Amplitude ratio of localized mode oscillation to the incident soliton has upper limit around 〜0.2 in the light mass case while much larger amplitude of incident soliton becomes large, reflected wave becomes soliton-like. Transmitted wave tends to have the second and third pulse. In terms of relative amplitude, very steep soliton has a tendency to pass through impurity. Numerical results of localized mode oscillation is compares with the approximate analytical solution.
