Phase-Shift Analysis of pp Scattering at T_L=25-500 MeV

Modified phase-shift analyses of pp scattering in the laboratory energy range from 25 to 500 MeV were carried out with the latest experimental database. The one-pion exchange amplitude, which was used for evaluation of the peripheral part of the pp scattering amplitude, was left unfixed, along with the phase shifts of the low partial waves in the χ^2-minimizing fit to the data. The value determined for the pion-proton coupling constant is g^2_πo_<pp>4π=13.52±0.23.
