One-particle spectra and inclusive density matrix elements are expressed in terms of the discontinuities of the helicity-dependent forward scattering amplitudes of three particles. Using the Vector-Meson-dominance Model, one-particle spectra of the reactions γN→π+anything and eN→eπ+anything are related to the inclusive density matrix element of the reaction πN→V+anything. The amplitudes of these reactions are given by using 18 real discontinuities of the invariant amplitudes. Assuming smoothness of the dependence of the invariant amplitudes on vector-meson-mass squared, and restricting the dependence of the invariant amplitudes up to first order in the vector-meson-mass squared, we can obtain a new type of the vector-meson-dominance relations between inclusive density matrix elements for the reaction πN→V+anything and one-particle spectra for the reaction "γ"N→π+anything.
