• Using the idea of the Itzykson-Zuber integral, unitary-matrix integration of a 2D Yang-Mills-type action is presented. The uniqueness of the solution of the heat equation enables us to integrate out the unitary-matrix parts of the hermite matrices and to obtain an expression for the integration over vectors also in this case.
