This paper aims to consider the environment symbiosis of city planning from the view point of population, commercial land use and public transportation. The population of the earth is now 6 billion, and will increase to over 9 billion until 2050. But, increasing of the population of Japan will stop on 2007, and will decrease to 100 million until 2050. The issues for the environment symbiosis in Japan have to be different from those in developing countries. In order to maintain the environment symbiosis cities in Japan, not only the efficiency but also the equality will be required of the citizens. Market places for daily foods and kindly feeder bus services for transportation poor are most important issues for all citizens. The citizens who have much concern with the environment symbiosis will be expected to choose the nearby small market and public transportation
