Communication services will have to become user-friendly by introducing more human factors into services to facilitate the user's access to services. From the user's viewpoint, the purpose of information and communication is to help people to better understand each other's intentions over time and distance. Human hope that a information and communication service network will emerge that will lead to easy understanding of their intentions. For this happen, there must be a means of harmonizing human needs with the information network or a means of networking involving people. Such information and communication system is expected to emerge during the next information era. According to the above points, this paper proposes a new information network, and it describes the technical feasibility, especially Groupware system and how we study such a new network to help in the understanding of human intentions.
