The auther obseved the four-year course of a 45-year old male patient who was suffering from an incomplete type of Behcet' disease. In his inverstigation of the relapses during this period, the author recognized that they were attributed to three factors-physical, psychological and weather- and that the co-existence of any two of the above three factors was indispensable for any relapse to occur. The author believes that by controling and preventing these three factors, he is able to improve the prognosis to a great extent. In fact, the reported case showed the normal pattern in psychological tests.
