• Study on the graduates'job-hunting is very important way to find out the relationship of higher education to enterprises. What factors have been functioning in the graduates'job-hunting? How is the graduates'job-hunting influence by these factors? How does social-economic structure play on it? This paper attempts to find the above factors and their functions based on analyzing the graduates'job-hunting from three perspectives as below : a.) What's the function of the professional education in the graduates'job-hunting? b.) What are the main road and its functions of collecting information on employment in job-hunting by the graduates? c.) How does the social-economical structure play on the graduates'job-hunting? From the findings, the author concludes the construction and uniqueness of the graduates'job-hunting comparing China and Japan.
