In this report, we discuss about the problems of Japanese or Western clothes, examining the results of investigation about the state of using the dress. The method of investigations is described in part 1 About the 79% of the replyes answered that, as their everyday use, they dress Western clothes almost always and often Japanese ones. It seems that the younger people dress the Japanese clothes only when ceremonial, and that the older they become, the more they prefer the Japanese ones as everyday use. The problems of Japanese clothes come from their function, from their care, from dressing up and from their expensiveness, while the Western have problems which come from the fashion, from body type and rom their costs. But examining their dresses through all seasons, it can be said that hey use suitable homewear or outdoor clothes for each of them, ascertaining each merit or demerit of the Jopanese or Western clothes. When they select their dress, most of them think chiefly about the fundamentals of the type or the usefulness. In consequence, it is necessary to improve the technique of make-up of the dress, resting on the bases of the usefulness, and also taking into account the beautifulness.
